Once Upon a Time in Disney Creativity and Innovation (prologue)

Creativity is work.

Hard work.

Relentless work for a Company that’s never satisfied.

He was also driven.

And he was smart enough to know the secret to creativity is hiring great people, give then the vision, and then become a bee and pollinate the flowers.
